Question: How do I know which restaurants are part of the TCS programme?
Answer:  We can provide a list of restaurants taking part, and once your company is signed to TCS you will be able to access the website to make bookings, view restaurants etc.

Question: What if our favourite restaurants are not listed?
Answer:  We will request a list of your restaurants when we sign your company to TCS and will negotiate discounted deals with these venues on your behalf.

Question: Why is this different from a discount dining website?
Answer: There are no cards to carry, no cheap menus, no limited times to dine. The restaurant will know in advance who you are, know that you are potentially entertaining clients and will discreetly take 10% off your final bill.

Question: Can anyone book on the TCS site?
Answer: No – all TCS booking sites will be private and only accessible by registered companies for corporate dining.

Question: How will the restaurant know to apply the discount?
Answer: The bookings are made directly into the restaurants computer system and will be highlighted as a TCS booking.

Question: How much discount will I receive?
Answer: Some restaurants have agreed to offer a 10% discount on the final bill, whilst others have agreed a 15 or 20% discount.

Question: Do we have to have our own company dining site?
Answer: You have the option of a company branded site or you can access the TCS booking engine from a link if required.

Question: Does it have to connect to our intranet?
Answer: Your dining site does not have to sit on your intranet site, it can be accessed by your own link.
